Well, if everythings that Chinese people do is authorized by either higher central government or local authority and if that's the case, maybe Lao citizen should try to buy from Laotian store only and boycott from buying at the Chinese store. This would be one of way to let chinese business owner in Laos recognize the value of good customer services and their business success is based on Laotian consumers. One does not have to graduated from Harvard University to manage or set domestic market policy in Lao, just look at Lao neighboring countries on how their government protect and help their citizen in making a living. All the surrounding countries has policy on certain products that foreigner can't produced, sale or distributing. If you wanted peace and harmony in the country, give them a good standard of living and room to improve their livelihood and they'll always be loyal to you.
